EV training during C-19
During Covid-19 restrictions, Volvo Cars came up with the virtual trainings for existing Hybrid technicians to be trained for EVs and few hundreds of technicians received training in Sweden and Norway.
The feedback was that its OK in this situation but as soon as restrictions goes out service school will go back to hands on practical trainings and certifications. New technicians need to have real evaluation to give certificate to work on the EVs.
